Jennifer...I talked to Tommy about the registration page, and he says we'll have to tie in our payment portal to the Admissions portal (it will cost too much to set up another portal). But, Christie Collins can forward notice of payment to you or whoever Jessica decides should keep up with the registry of names attending...Anne Communication with Kitty Burns from NCGS--Continuing to email with them. They will mention our think tank at NAIS and want to put our image on the NCGS website soon.-- Anne
Brochures
Signage-- program/logistics? I have heard from the Office of Multicultural Affairs with the city. They really just sent a thank you for our global participation, but, if contacted, they might be interested in sponsoring. The contact people are Solomon Hatch, Community Outreach Coordinator, and Barbara Medley, Interim Director. I am not sure if this is Sponsors category or PR category so thought I'd add it anyway--Jessica
NOTEBOOK: L. Brown & Co. (423-432-2100) is a vendor for materials...Anne schedule/program (from Program)

community map
campus tour/visits (do we want course descriptions)
program handouts
presenter and facilitators bios (from Program)

Could Paper Cut add the Global Conference page for FREE and thereby become a sponsor of the conference (at no cost to us!)??? I've been in conversation with them about this; the problem is the economy and VISIONS. All of our "vendors" (Graphic Advertising, Starkey Printing, PaperCut) already do work for "free" for VISIONS, and their other business is dropping off as organizations such as GPS reduce their expenditures on printing and design. -- Anne
